Ingredients :
300 gram Margarine
125 gram castor sugar
150 gram brown sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
2 eggs
600 gram plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
chocolate chips
How to make it :
1. Heat oven to 160ºc. Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla and eggs in large bowl using mixer. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Drop dough by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls about 1,5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack; cool.
Finally your own Chocolate chip cookies done! :)
